Information for Presenters
Presentation Guidelines
Oral presentations will be allocated 15 minutes for the presentation, followed by 5 minutes for questions.
Poster presentations should preferably be in A0 format and portrait orientation.
Posters must not exceed 90 cm in width and 120 cm in height, so if using landscape orientation, please choose a smaller format, such as A1.

Poster printing
Poster printing services are not available at the conference venue.
Participants who need to print a poster in Lisbon may use the following options, both within walking distance of the venue:

Utopia Preto e Branco, located at Avenida do Brasil 24 A (map).

Listed opening hours: Mon–Fri, 08:00–23:00; Sat, 09:00–19:00; Sun, 10:00–20:00.

Reprografia Universitária Lusófona, located at Campo Grande 336 A (map).
